Retrieve job

Returns whole-job status and counts with a page of stable error details. updated_count counts distinct transactions with actual committed changes. A failed job returns HTTP 200 with zero updates and actionable errors. Success means edits and durable refresh scheduling committed; derived reports may refresh afterward. Requires current Transactions: Manage access to the company. Results and every error page expire 30 days after terminal completion. Unknown, inaccessible and expired jobs all return 404. Cursors are job-scoped; invalid or foreign cursors return 400. Any currently authorized manager in the company can retrieve a job; it is not limited to the submitting actor. Active jobs do not expire. Polling consumes API calls and uses existing rate and monthly limits. Back off between polls and respect Retry-After on rate-limit responses. Submit work with POST /transactions/bulk/update and use the returned Location to retrieve its current outcome.
