List rules

Returns complete company automation rules, including rules created in the UI, newest first with a descending internal-ID tie-breaker. Requires Accounting setup: View and API access: Manage. Global, internal/system, category-owned, and department-owned rules are excluded. Conditions are a flat AND list; all must match. Only configured actions are returned. Legacy account and card_name text conditions retain their original case-insensitive matching; they are never guessed or converted to account_id/card_id. No filters or search are supported. This read does not assign IDs, run rules, or modify transactions. During an incomplete ID rollout or if a stored definition cannot be represented faithfully, returns 503 rules_not_ready rather than hiding a rule or changing its meaning. Retry later with backoff; persistent failures require operator attention. No public job or polling endpoint is involved.

Page size; omitted or empty defaults to 100. Nonintegers and values outside 1–500 return 400 invalid_request.

Required range: 1 <= x <= 500

starting_after

string

Pass next_cursor unchanged from the previous page. Omit for the first page. An unknown, deleted, invalid, or inaccessible cursor returns 404 resource_missing. Pagination is live, not a snapshot; rules inserted ahead of the cursor appear on a new traversal.

Response

A page of complete rules. Empty results have data [], has_more false, and next_cursor null.
